Support Engineer, SAP MM-eWM - Evergreen

Overview

Remote Support Engineer for SAP MM/eWM, providing remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications as part of a global customer support team.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues in SAP MM and eWM environments.
• Collaborate daily with customers to understand needs and support business change.
• Configure and discuss best practices and functionalities for SAP eWM and MM.
• Investigate and deliver fixes for serious issues in complex integrated SAP setups.
• Provide hands-on support using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote connectivity.
• Support a 24x7x365 support organization with flexible hours.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by developing diagnostic tools and methodologies.

What you'll need

• 5+ years relevant SAP experience with MM/eWM modules.
• 5+ years direct support of end users in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience in MM-eWM including integration, troubleshooting, and configuration.
• Demonstrated ability to support Brazil-specific MM localization (e.g., Nota Fiscal, tax calculation, fiscal integration).
• Experience working in highly customized environments (Z routines, user-exits, enhancements).
• Ability to handle critical incidents and work in SLA-driven environments.
• Fluency in English & Portuguese is required.
