About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the seamless operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability across our cloud-based systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the performance of cloud-based servers, networks, and related infrastructure components
• Implement and maintain robust security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and data encryption
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing prompt and efficient solutions
• Automate routine tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing, Network Security, and AWS
• Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems
• Excellent Troubleshooting Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
• Understanding of virtualization technologies and containerization
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Nagios, Splunk)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
