Systems Analyst: Functional Payables (Oracle Fusion)- Hyderabad (Hybrid)- Third Shift

Overview

Systems Analyst (Functional Payables, Oracle Fusion) on consulting projects, responsible for secondary research and supporting the creation of project materials and client deliverables, working on Oracle Cloud Payables implementations and support.

What you'll do

• Meet with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional designs, recommending Oracle Cloud features to improve efficiency (e.g., HCM, Financials, SCM modules).
• Set up, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud applications, working with technical teams for integrations and data migration.
• Perform SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure the solution meets specifications and business needs.
• Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and maintain FAQs, process guides, and functional designs.
• Resolve functional issues, troubleshoot integrations (OIC), support updates, and act as the "voice of the user".
• Champion SaaS best practices, ensuring data privacy and compliance, and promoting efficient, standard configurations.

What you'll need

• Up to 3 years of experience working in Oracle Fusion Payables area from support standpoint.
• Overall experience: up to 6 years in relevant areas.
• Deep understanding of core Payables module of Cloud ERP with cross module experience with other SCM and financial modules.
• Ability to configure SLA rules, workflow configurations with BPM.
• Experience with payments end to end.
• Right attitude to work across functional teams with full accountability.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to interact with clients and teams.
• Experience with full implementation cycles (Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, Support).
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio) and understanding of data/logs.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI and OTBI reports.
• Experience in integrating with Vertex, Kyriba.

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Hybrid work schedule: available to work 2-3 days a week in the Hyderabad, India office.
• Work shift: 8 PM - 5 AM IST.
