Systems Engineer

Overview

Systems Engineer role supporting secure, scalable, and continuously available infrastructure across container and cloud platforms. The role focuses on production support, automation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure reliability.

What you'll do

• Deploy, configure, scale, and manage containerized applications.
• Administer VMware ESXi and vSphere environments, including vMotion, HA, DRS, and vCenter tools.
• Maintain critical applications and support service stability.
• Drive automation initiatives and convert manual tasks into orchestrated workflows.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement remediation.
• Support incident, change, problem, release, and call-triage processes.
• Partner with Platform, Engineering, and Delivery teams on infrastructure support, vulnerability remediation, and patch management.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in infrastructure operations and production support for container and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and microservices architecture.
• Programming or scripting skills in Golang, Python, Ansible, PowerShell, bash, or Perl.
• Experience with tools including Helm, kubeadm, Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, Sysdig, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Understanding of CI/CD, networking, databases, middleware, and web applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.
