Tax Associate - Private Equity

Overview

Tax Associate role within Armanino India LLP, a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA), focused on US tax compliance and consulting, including private equity-related tax work.

What you'll do

• Prepare tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations.
• Identify and research common tax issues that arise in client engagements.
• Communicate with the engagement team to ensure all relevant information is collected or addressed while managing competing priorities.
• Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements.
• Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in US tax consulting/compliance experience within public accounting.
• Experience with a wide variety of entity types.
• Familiarity with Subchapter K rules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Tech savvy and adaptable to changing work expectations.

Nice to have

• Expert knowledge of Go-systems, Tax Axcess, XCM, and Caseware.
