Team Member - Analytical Instrument Engineer

Overview

Analytical Instrument Engineer to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of analytical instruments in a QC laboratory, ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP and quality systems.

What you'll do

• Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for analytical instruments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain analytical equipment including HPLC, UPLC, GC, and UV-Visible spectrophotometers.
• Prepare and execute annual preventive maintenance plans and PM checklists as per GMP requirements.
• Create purchase requisitions for spares, consumables, and service requirements via SAP.
• Create, process, and close maintenance work orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with OEMs/service providers for AMC, breakdown support, calibration, and spare procurement.
• Perform RCA and implement CAPA documentation for equipment breakdowns.

What you'll need

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical laboratory instruments.
• Good knowledge of HPLC, UPLC, GC, Dissolution Systems, and titrators.
• Working knowledge of SAP PM Module for maintenance order creation and closure.
