Teamcenter Support Engineer

Overview

The Teamcenter Support Engineer supports, maintains, and optimizes Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications in a production environment.

What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 support for Siemens Teamcenter applications.
• Manage incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Monitor system health, availability, and application performance and run daily health checks.
• Troubleshoot Teamcenter server, client, and integration issues using logs.
• Support Teamcenter administration (workflows, configurations, access management, and utilities).
• Support integrations (troubleshoot sync/interface failures and background jobs) and deployment activities (patches/hotfixes/upgrades, validation, rollback).

What you'll need

• Minimum 4–6 years of Siemens Teamcenter support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter administration, support processes, workflows, integrations, and production issue management.
• Experience supporting Teamcenter 12.x, 13.x, 14.x, and 2506+.
• Support experience with Active Workspace (AWC) and Rich Client (RAC).
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Oracle/MS SQL Server, and Windows/Linux environments.
• Incident, problem, change management, and SLA management skills with ITIL processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
