Tech Lead - Enterprise Application Salesforce P 4C

Overview

Tech Lead to lead technical implementation and delivery of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions and related Salesforce-based systems.

What you'll do

• Own technical deliveries, provide continuous feedback to the project plan, and coordinate with technical teams and program managers.
• Design scalable FSL solution architecture and oversee FSL solution implementation.
• Set up FSL data models, work orders, service appointments, and scheduling.
• Integrate FSL with other systems such as ERP and Service Cloud.
• Guide development teams by reviewing code, ensuring best practices, and mentoring junior team members.
• Translate business requirements/user stories into technical solutions.

What you'll need

• Domain knowledge in Salesforce, including experience in FSL, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Data Cloud.
• Expertise to develop applications on the Force.com platform.
• Strong Lightning development knowledge including LWC, Aura, and APEX (extensively worked on Lightning components).
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead.
• Excellent Lightning component and APEX understanding and hands-on coding/development experience.
• Experience related to CI/CD and release management/implementation.
