Overview

Tech Lead for Salesforce (SFDC) Enterprise Applications focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Owns end-to-end product delivery in a DevOps culture, including design, development, testing, and operations.

What you'll do

• Lead Salesforce development for enhancing and implementing Salesforce systems for retail and investment management banking clients.
• Implement regional and global business requirements using best practices to increase adoption.
• Design, develop, test, and operate Salesforce solutions in iterative Agile cycles.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party and internal platforms to support a unified client ecosystem.
• Build and customize Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components.
• Develop and customize Salesforce features and ensure enhancements align with the vision.

What you'll need

• Relevant experience in Salesforce click-and-code development.
• Mandatory certifications on Salesforce sales, service, and admin.
• Proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce Flow capabilities such as process automation, data manipulation, and screen flows.
• Experience with Agile and translating business needs into effective, scalable CRM products.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD/DevOps infrastructure.
