Tech Lead - Enterprise Application Salesforce P 4C

Overview

Tech Lead for Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) within enterprise applications. Owns end-to-end product delivery in a DevOps culture, leading design, development, testing, and operations.

What you'll do

• Lead Salesforce enhancements and implementations for retail and investment management banking clients.
• Implement regional and global business requirements using best practices to improve adoption.
• Design and develop Salesforce integrations with third-party and internal platforms.
• Build and customize Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components.
• Collaborate hands-on on design and development of new features.
• Ensure enhancements and solutions align with the stated vision.

What you'll need

• Relevant Salesforce Click-to-code development experience (minimum qualifications stated as “Relevant experience”).
• Mandatory certifications on Sales, Service, and Admin.
• Ability to design, develop, and unit test customizations, applications, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Apex Classes and experience with Apex classes and Triggers.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura for UI development.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows including process automation, data manipulation, and screenflows.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD/DevOps infrastructure.
