Tech Lead - Python Developer

Overview

Tech Lead - Python Developer driving automation transformation and enterprise automation solutions. Leads development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of automation processes using Python and automation platforms.

What you'll do

• Develop automation solutions across intake, development, debugging, testing, and production implementation.
• Write documentation following Reporting Center of Excellence standards and governance.
• Maintain and debug 500+ existing automation processes.
• Lead reviews and ensure automation objectives and guidelines are met through collaboration.
• Lead recurring meetings with business collaborators to identify automation opportunities.
• Research and develop code to improve existing automations, including faster run times.
• Incorporate AI/ML capabilities into applicable automation workflows and support PoCs.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3+ years experience in automation development.
• High-level Python skills.
• Proven experience in Blue Prism automation.
• Experience using Power Automate.
• Experience working with AI tools such as Gemini, Co Pilot Studio, OpenAI, or Snowflake Cortex.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.
