Tech Lead - Testing & Quality Assurance P 4C

Overview

Tech Lead responsible for leading testing and quality assurance activities, including manual and automated testing, planning, coordination, and issue escalation.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of testers to execute testing activities.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Analyze test results and recommend improvements.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and escalate issues as needed.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degrees listed: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Required certifications listed include Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), Certified Software Tester (CSTE), and ISTQB Certified Tester.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Skills in Automated Testing and QA Automation.
• Testing frameworks/tools mentioned: Appium, Cucumber (Software), Cypress.io, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, iTKO LISA.
• English language proficiency: Proficient (C2).
