Overview

Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance, leading a team of testers to plan, execute, and optimize manual and automated testing.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of testers to execute testing activities.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Analyze test results and recommend improvements.
• Mentor team members and guide testing best practices.
• Monitor and report testing progress and escalate issues as needed.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Agile methodology knowledge.
• Selenium experience.
• QA Automation / quality assurance process knowledge.
• Experience with Appium and testing frameworks/tools including Cucumber and Cypress.io.
• People leadership experience.
• English language proficiency: Proficient (C2).
