Technical Account Manager Architect - India

Overview

Technical Account Manager (TAM) Architect, based in India, supporting strategic enterprise users through consultative onboarding, escalations, and L3 case oversight.

What you'll do

• Work with strategic and enterprise ClickHouse users/customers/prospects on onboarding, production launches, and POCs.
• Provide architectural, technical, and migration guidance and assistance.
• Lead projects, escalations, and meetings to support ongoing user/customer success.
• Own and oversee L3 Support Cases and escalations alongside the L1/L2 team.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to help develop roadmap and account plans.
• Assist with hiring and mentoring new team members.
• Develop and support documentation, knowledge base articles, learning content, reference architecture, and QA needs.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Senior Support, and/or Project Management roles.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience supporting scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed DBMS.
• Technical breadth in DBMS, OLAP, cloud/SaaS, distributed systems software engineering, Linux/Unix, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with System/Network Administration and big data.
• Experience leading and shipping large-scope technical projects with multiple engineers.
• Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and IaaS offerings (e.g., EC2).
• Excellent communication skills for a customer-facing, cross-team role.
