Technical Account Specialist

Overview

The Technical Account Specialist provides front-line support for customers, physicians, nurses, and their end users to resolve prescribing process issues.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inbound support cases via a customer community portal.
• Gather information from customers and assess issues.
• Use tools, documentation, and knowledge bases to resolve cases or escalate to secondary support.
• Use documentation to understand DoseSpot software applications.
• Own specific client accounts to coordinate issue management and escalations.

What you'll need

• Associate’s degree in Software or a technical field, or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of Software/IT Support in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to improve trouble-shooting documentation.
• Capability to use a case management tool to record detailed notes and manage customer communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Details

• Location: United States (Remote).
• Work shifts: 10am–6:30pm EST or 11:30am–8pm EST (30 min lunch).
• Periodic travel: once or twice per year for company events.
