Technical Architect - ServiceNow

Overview

Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow technical architecture, collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams to implement solutions that improve the platform and user experience.

What you'll do

• Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and document architecture and integration best practices.
• Deliver ServiceNow solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents.
• Manage architecture support and lifecycle activities for ServiceNow integrations.
• Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers.
• Identify architecture improvements and support platform roadmaps.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience with an architectural focus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Broad exposure to ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, and SPM.
• Proficiency with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, scripting, and Integration Hub.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, scripting, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, performance tuning, upgrades, CSDM, security, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Workspace development experience.
• Experience delivering technology in a life science setting.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certification.
