Overview

Technical Associate supporting cloud and infrastructure services, collecting requirements and assisting the architect through design, testing and delivery of IT infrastructure solutions.

What you'll do

• Collect and organize technical and functional user requirements to aid in the development of a technical solution.
• Assist the architect in design, development, testing, and the delivery of IT infrastructure solutions.
• Engage in a project from initial concept through solution delivery.
• Support efforts by going through standard checklists and document integration of all core/shared infrastructure services prior to deployment on the production environment in predetermined standard formats.
• Analyze and identify impact to integrations with other applications as a result of the deployment of the new application so that appropriate actions can be determined.
• Outline operational and implementation challenges and aid efforts to mitigate potential risks.
• Evaluate existing enhancement requests which can be incorporated into current projects.
• Supplement requirements with workflow diagrams and efficiently update documentation throughout review cycles.
• Provide consistent feedback of project status to Project Manager.
• Install, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Ensure security and compliance of infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical problems and implement solutions.
• Document procedures and configurations for infrastructure services.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Database Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Network Engineering.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (Amazon Web Services).
• Required skills: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker (Software), Domain Consulting, Google Cloud Platform, Infrastructure As Code (IaC), IT Service Management (ITSM), Jenkins (Software), Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, Personal Effectiveness, Red Hat Ansible, Structured Query Language (SQL).
• English language proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2).
