Technical Customer Engineer II

Overview

Technical Customer Engineer II provides technical support during the sales process and supports customers with installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.

What you'll do

• Set up, inspect, and test new equipment at customer locations to support proper installation.
• Provide technical support and training/advice to distributors and customers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and help establish preventative maintenance schedules.
• Perform routine servicing, calibration, and maintenance in-house or at customer sites.
• Complete and maintain service-call reports.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex systems to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Test and package equipment prior to shipment.

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of relevant experience working on capital equipment in Electronics/SMT/Semiconductor manufacturing.
• A relevant Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Strong spoken and written English command.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and resourceful approach.

Details

• Location: India (Remote).
• Travel: Domestic 50% and International 10%.
