Technical Delivery Manager - Data Engineering - RDT Pharma Medicines

Overview

Own delivery of commercial data solutions across Roche’s Pharma ecosystem, connecting business stakeholders with technical delivery teams. Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely data from acquisition and integration through reporting and insights.

What you'll do

• Own delivery of data pipelines, integrations, and platforms for commercial functions.
• Manage ingestion from pharmaceutical commercial data providers and claims sources.
• Lead sprint planning, release cycles, UAT, and production go-lives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Define KPIs and reconciliation processes for data quality.
• Manage analysts, engineers, vendors, and system integrators.
• Identify automation and scalability improvements for data processes.

What you'll need

• 7+ years in data management or delivery.
• 3+ years in pharma, biotech, or life sciences commercial data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, MDM tools, and incentive compensation systems.
• Knowledge of IQVIA, Symphony Health/Komodo, claims, specialty pharmacy, and HCP/HCO data.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL/data pipeline tools, and cloud data warehousing.
• Program or project management experience in regulated, matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, dbt, Airflow, or Informatica.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Spotfire.
• Understanding of Sunshine Act, HIPAA, or OIG guidelines.
• Agile/Scrum or PMP certification.
