Technical Lead (Full Stack)

Overview

Technical Lead (Full Stack) responsible for developing cloud-first web applications, leading mixed-discipline teams, and driving delivery to scope, time, and budget.

What you'll do

• Develop cloud-first web applications.
• Lead mixed-discipline development teams to deliver to agreed scope, time, and budget.
• Align with key client initiatives and interface daily with Fortune 500 customers.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Plan delivery with domain experts and track progress.
• Design and develop components using React.js, Node.js, and databases like MongoDB, postgresQL, and Firestore.
• Provide technical direction for system design and microservices-driven architecture, including API design.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software development for web technologies (Java, Python, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Flask APIs, Django, MEAN stack, MERN stack).
• Experience designing microservices, including event-driven architecture.
• Experience with API design.
• Rich experience building enterprise-level applications.
• Directly managed a team of developers in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile methodology.
• Development and support experience in web applications as a frontend, backend, or full stack developer.
• Experience with database modelling and development.
