Technical Lead Product Systems Engineering

Overview

Lead system engineering for advanced safety and user experience products, translating customer and regulatory requirements into validated system solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and validate products and technology.
• Lead feature definition, requirements reviews, and technical discussions.
• Transform requirements into system solutions, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate system architecture, feature integration, verification, and validation.
• Manage customer communication, requirements, expectations, and presentations.
• Drive change management, traceability, impact analysis, and process improvements.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of professional experience in consumer electronics or automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, such as mechatronics or electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of system architecture and system development processes such as Automotive SPICE.
• Experience with vehicle protocols and diagnostics, including CAN, LIN, Ethernet, or UDS.
• Familiarity with embedded hardware and serial communication tools.
• Experience with ADAS ECUs, body control modules, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, software, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with low-level SPI, I2C, or Ethernet drivers.
• Experience on global projects.
• Experience with agile development teams and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
