Technical Lead Simulation Engineering

Overview

Technical Lead responsible for simulation architecture, strategy, execution, and validation for automotive embedded systems across multiple programs.

What you'll do

• Lead SIL simulation architecture, strategy, and execution.
• Define SIL and HIL validation strategies across the SDLC.
• Design scalable simulation environments and validation architecture.
• Automate simulation and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines.
• Accelerate compute-intensive applications through GPU programming.
• Optimize simulation code and performance using parallel computing and microcontroller knowledge.
• Develop simulation tools and models and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of radar signal processing and object tracking.
• Experience with parallel computing and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with CAN, Ethernet, and CANoe.
• Expertise in SIL and HIL frameworks.
• Strong software architecture, leadership, and mentoring skills.
