Technical Lead - Workday Integration

Overview

Technical Lead focused on Workday integration development for HR, Payroll, and Benefits-related partner integrations.

What you'll do

• Lead development of highly complex integrations between HR, Payroll, and Benefits Partners using Workday tools.
• Configure and develop integrations using Workday Studio and related Workday integration technologies.
• Lead data conversion concepts and their impacts, including Workday iLoads.
• Collaborate to assess document requirements, review designs, and define functional specifications.
• Build technical design specifications, run unit and system integration tests, and support deployment.
• Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Workday integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with highly complex integrations, preferably involving HR, Payroll, and Benefits Partners.
• Advanced knowledge of IT design principles and ability to guide others in functional design processes.
• Experience with middleware such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in virtual, geographically distributed teams.
