Overview

Serve as the primary technical bridge between Wiz's product innovation and the requirements of the U.S. Public Sector, acting as the leading product representative for Wiz's FedRAMP and DoD IL4/5 offerings.

What you'll do

  • Learn and know Wiz as well as a customer.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Wiz's government offerings (FedRAMP & DoD IL4/5), translating product value to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Stay up to date with Wiz features and act as an escalation point or advisor to the GTM Org.
  • Support the navigation of complex FedRAMP and DoD IL4/5 processes and industry changes, including field preparation and strategic readiness for federal agencies and mission owners.
  • Directly engage with new and existing federal customers, agencies, and mission owners to capture requirements and manage expectations.
  • Lead the prioritization and design of features essential for U.S. Public Sector compliance and security.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing Management (PMM) to maintain and communicate a dedicated Wiz4Gov roadmap.
  • Develop a "translation layer" that connects external compliance rules to internal product specifications for engineering teams and customers.
  • Interface with PubSec Compliance, US DevOps, PMM, and GTM teams to drive commitments and support System Change Request (SCR) scoping.
  • Maintain end-to-end visibility of the feature pipeline through enhancing automated workflows while ensuring features are authorized before enablement.
  • Assist with the lifecycle of government-specific SKUs, license updates, and the periodic review of FedRAMP listings.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Roadmap updates and Features deliverables.

What you'll need

  • 6+ years of experience working in Cloud.
  • Experience using cloud-native services and cloud security best practices.
  • Proficiency with technologies such as micro-services, containers, Kubernetes, IaC (e.g., Terraform), Configuration Management, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deep knowledge of and ability to evaluate controls against NIST 800-53, DoD CC SRG, DISA STIGs, FIPS, and encryption methodologies.
  • Ability to translate federal compliance requirements into technical solutions and outcomes for customers.

Nice to have

  • AWS experience preferred; other clouds a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or higher security clearance (active clearance strongly preferred).
