Overview
Technical Product Manager for AI, owning strategy and execution of AI-driven technology initiatives across SupplyHouse.com.
What you'll do
- Define and own an AI product roadmap for customer-facing and internal AI tool initiatives.
- Partner with developers to scope, architect, and deliver AI solutions from proof of concept to production.
- Identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into problem statements and testable hypotheses.
- Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in JIRA and Confluence.
- Design and manage experiments and A/B tests, analyze results, and drive iteration.
- Monitor AI product performance post-launch and track metrics like accuracy, engagement, conversion, and latency.
- Develop documentation, playbooks, training materials, and demos to enable internal adoption of AI tools.
What you'll need
- 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML or data-driven product initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong working knowledge of modern AI/ML approaches including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, and personalization.
- Experience partnering with data science and ML engineering teams to ship production-ready AI features.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence and agile/scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for defining success metrics and interpreting quantitative results.
Details
- Role Type: Full-Time, Exempt.
- Work mode: Remote; open to relocating to listed U.S. states.
- Travel: Requires travel to headquarters in Melville, NY 6 times per year.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with time zone flexibility.
