Job description

Overview

Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of risk strategies and the next-generation Risk Decisioning Platform, from roadmap to production.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end program delivery, turning the product roadmap into an integrated, multi-quarter plan spanning rules, models, data pipelines, platform capabilities, and customer treatments, with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies.
  • Lead the legacy migration, owning the strategy, sequencing, and execution of moving risk strategies to the Risk Decisioning Platform, including parity validation, shadow and champion/challenger testing, cutover, and ramp to full production.
  • Drive new strategy launches by establishing repeatable launch processes, from design through readiness reviews, rollout gating, monitoring, and rollback, that other teams adopt as the standard.
  • Align teams and leaders across data science, modeling, engineering, platform, risk operations, and strategy teams on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs, resolving cross-org blockers early and influencing without direct authority.
  • Manage dependencies and risk by making critical paths and dependency maps visible and anticipating risks to data, models, platform capacity, and infrastructure before they hit the schedule.
  • Enable experimentation and automation with engineering and data science to make testing, deployment, and strategy optimization faster and safer, focusing on the highest-leverage automation.
  • Track, report, and govern by defining program metrics and dashboards covering delivery health, strategy performance, and captured savings, and presenting in program, product, and steering committee reviews.
  • Raise the bar by introducing scalable program practices and post-launch retrospectives, and mentoring other program managers.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of program or technical program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs, including programs spanning multiple teams or organizations.
  • Strong technical fluency in data pipelines, model deployment, APIs, and distributed systems, enough to engage credibly with engineers and data scientists and challenge technical trade-offs.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale migrations or platform transitions, including cutover and ramp planning, with ownership of strategy as well as delivery.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and risk management skills, with a record of delivering on time in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities without direct authority.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, including the ability to brief executives and steering committees.
  • Comfort working with data: you define metrics, read dashboards, and use them to steer the program.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on background in engineering, data science, or risk analytics.
  • Experience with real-time decisioning or rules-engine platforms.
  • Experience mentoring or leading other program managers.
