Technical Program Manager II

Overview

Coordinate cross-functional technology programs from planning through delivery, helping teams agree on goals, manage dependencies and risks, and keep partners informed. Part of a team building workforce management products that help organizations manage time, labor, and employee schedules.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain program plans, milestones, and delivery measures with product and engineering partners.
• Bring teams together to clarify scope, owners, dependencies, and decisions, then track commitments through completion.
• Identify delivery risks and issues early, work with owners on response plans, and escalate when a decision or additional support is needed.
• Lead program reviews and write concise updates that explain progress, changes, risks, and next steps.
• Use delivery data and team feedback to identify gaps, improve planning, and strengthen execution practices.

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience coordinating technology programs or projects with multiple teams and interdependent work.
• Ability to create and maintain plans, track actions and risks, and communicate clear status updates to different audiences.
• Ability to facilitate working sessions, clarify ownership, and follow through on decisions and commitments.

Nice to have

• Experience working with software product or engineering teams.
• Experience using project tracking and collaboration tools to manage plans, dependencies, and delivery data.
• Ability to use spreadsheets or reporting tools to summarize progress and identify delivery trends.
• Experience supporting distributed teams across locations or time zones.
