Technical Quality Assurance Analyst

Overview

The Technical Quality Assurance Analyst ensures code changes and product releases are thoroughly tested and correctly implemented before deployment. The role focuses on finding bugs and unintended effects early, reproducing reported issues, and expanding test automation for faster, repeatable release validation.

What you'll do

• Test code changes, fixes, and new features before release against functional and technical requirements.
• Validate deployments are correctly implemented across test, staging, and production environments.
• Identify bugs, regressions, and edge cases before and after releases.
• Document test results with steps to reproduce and expected vs actual behavior.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and test plans for functionality and regression coverage.
• Recreate reported issues in test environments to assess scope, severity, and conditions.

What you'll need

• Experience working in a technical or IT environment (QA, testing, support, engineering, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to methodically reproduce and isolate technical issues.
• Excellent attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to testing.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining issues and impact.
• Foundational understanding or interest in test automation, including tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright and API testing.
