Technical Recruiter

Overview

Technical Recruiter responsible for identifying, assessing, and hiring technical talent across engineering and AI roles.

What you'll do

• Source and headhunt engineers across AI/ML, backend, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure.
• Build targeted talent maps across technology companies, AI startups, research organisations, and technical communities.
• Assess the substance, complexity, and relevance of candidates' technical work.
• Conduct recruiter screens covering experience, motivation, communication, compensation, and role fit.
• Manage candidates from outreach through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and improve candidate targeting.
• Maintain recruiting pipelines and accurate ATS records.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Meaningful exposure to software engineering or other technical hiring.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates.
• Ability to evaluate technical profiles beyond keywords and titles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple searches.
• Ownership and willingness to learn technical domains quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for AI/ML, backend, infrastructure, mobile, or other highly technical roles.
• Experience recruiting internationally across the US, Europe, or Asia.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, or other recruiting tools.
