Associate, Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Digital Infrastructure)

Overview

Associate Talent Acquisition Sourcer for Ares’ Recruitment team, focused on sourcing active and passive candidates and building talent pipelines for the Digital Infrastructure platform.

What you'll do

• Manage talent sourcing activities including research, market intelligence, market mappings, outreach, networking, and screening.
• Support high-volume hiring for Digital Infrastructure and data center-related businesses by identifying talent across technical disciplines.
• Build candidate pipelines using tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, referrals, and talent communities.
• Manage relationships with internal and external candidates across the full life cycle recruitment process.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR COEs, and business leads to understand talent needs and deliver sourcing strategies.
• Provide client service to the recruiting team by promptly addressing requests and queries and improving recruitment process best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3-5 years of talent sourcing experience in corporate, retained, and/or contingent recruiting search.
• Experience sourcing technical talent in areas including infrastructure, data centers, construction management, engineering, critical facilities, project management, technical operations, or related disciplines (highly desirable).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Boolean searches and strategic talent sourcing methods.
• Previous Workday experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required (or international equivalent).
• Ability to extract meaningful insights from sourcing research and communicate effectively via email and in-person.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
