Overview

Campus & Early-Career Recruiter (Contractor) to lead early-career hiring in India, with a focus on finance roles and campus recruiting.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end early-career recruitment processes for early-career roles in India.
• Recruit primarily for Finance positions at early-career levels from sourcing through onboarding.
• Screen candidates and evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure high-quality talent delivery.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines and conduct talent market mapping/competitor intelligence.
• Run campus recruitment strategies across target universities and institutes.
• Support recruiting analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience in campus hiring or early-career talent programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
• Experience using an ATS and CRM.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring Finance roles (will be a plus).
• Workday Recruit experience (a plus).
