Early Careers Specialist

Overview

Early Careers Specialist to support talent acquisition, development, and workforce planning within the Talent Management team, with a focus on early-career experiences and onboarding.

What you'll do

• Support workforce planning by gathering data on hiring needs, new roles, and team capacity.
• Help prepare reports on turnover, retention, and productivity to guide recruitment decisions.
• Support talent sourcing through market research and use of sourcing channels.
• Design and support assessment centers by aligning assessment processes with business needs.
• Ensure candidates meet role requirements and support recruitment standards and timelines.
• Manage candidate engagement and support onboarding/induction initiatives for first-year integration.
• Assist with recruitment dashboards and MIS reporting to track progress and suggest improvements.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years of HR experience, primarily in recruitment.
• MBA or a Bachelor’s degree in Management (preferably Human Resources Management).
• Knowledge about the pharma industry and pharma generics/talent and recruitment trends.
• Well-honed sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Data analytical skills for talent planning, acquisition, and grooming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and negotiation skills.
