IT Recruiter - Freshers-MBA-HR

Overview

IT Recruiter role focused on hiring Oracle ERP (Fusion & EBS) talent. Open to freshers/MBA HR specialization candidates with strong communication skills.

What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand ERP (Fusion & EBS) talent needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Build and maintain pipelines of ERP consultants for Saudi/GCC clients.
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify talent.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring practices and regional requirements (KSA focus).
• Coordinate with HR and business teams to streamline onboarding and documentation.

What you'll need

• MBA with HR specialization.
• Fresher (no prior experience requirement stated beyond fresher welcome wording).
• Knowledge of IT/ERP recruitment (Fusion & EBS domains).
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules: Financials, SCM, HCM, and PPM.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in recruitment with excellent communication.
