Experienced Talent Acquisition Manager

Overview

Experienced Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for recruiting high-caliber professionals for Crowe and managing an end-to-end recruiting process in collaboration with hiring managers/partners.

What you'll do

• Recruit and assess applicants to identify and hire qualified candidates.
• Work directly with hiring managers/partners to understand staffing needs.
• Build and execute hiring strategies with hiring managers/partners.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate technical candidates.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, past candidates, and current employees.
• Collaborate with a sourcing team to identify new avenues to attract talent.
• Accurately report and track candidate data as requested.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of professional services recruiting experience.
• 10+ overall years of recruiting experience.
• Successfully source, screen interview, evaluate, and hire qualified technical candidates.
• Strong communication, organization, and talent assessment skills.
• Solid direct sourcing / cold call experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint), the internet, and applicant tracking databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
