Talent Acquisition role focused on building and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines across creative, technical, and commercial roles.

What you'll do

• Source candidates across creative, tech, and business roles using LinkedIn and outbound strategies.
• Build and maintain consistent candidate pipelines across India, Philippines, and Australia.
• Execute cold outreach (LinkedIn, email) to engage passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements.
• Screen early-stage candidates and ensure a steady flow into the hiring funnel.
• Maintain structured candidate tracking in the ATS and share relevant profiles quickly.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Exposure to hiring across creative and tech roles.
• Experience or understanding of international hiring markets (Philippines, Australia preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
• Comfort with cold outreach and candidate engagement.
• Structured, organized approach to managing pipelines and data using ATS.
