Overview

Recruiter I supports recruitment programs to identify, attract, and onboard candidates for client hiring needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes and run background and reference checks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews via phone and/or face-to-face.
• Assist with recommendations to the hiring manager and support candidate offer/compensation discussions.
• Source qualified candidates using multiple channels including networks, organizations, print media, and colleges.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports in ATS and HRIS tools.

What you'll need

• Less than two years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deliverable timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Professionalism with ability to develop relationships.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
