Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment with analytics-driven insights for hiring processes.

What you'll do

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend hiring strategies.
• Create sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Post and manage job openings on LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Maintain recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS, including candidate tracking and reporting.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and improvement opportunities.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes.
• Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring processes.
• Experience working with Product-Based companies.
