Overview

Lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives across the organization, partnering with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber talent.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent requirements.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill areas.
• Drive sourcing initiatives via job portals, social media, industry networks, and leadership hiring campaigns.
• Oversee recruitment operations, focusing on speed, quality, compliance, and candidate experience.
• Manage stakeholder alignment and act as a talent advisor with market intelligence and data-backed recommendations.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives and track related metrics.

What you'll need

• Lead hiring for senior leadership, critical, and specialized roles across functions.
• Implement assessment and selection frameworks to support quality hiring decisions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, and Cost-per-Hire.
• Use recruitment technologies and analytics platforms such as Workday.
• Standardize recruitment processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with search firms, recruitment agencies, and external talent partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance against SLAs.
