Senior Recruiter

Overview

Senior Recruiter responsible for end-to-end executive searches and building recruiting pipelines to improve hiring outcomes.

What you'll do

• Run end-to-end executive searches across the process (calibration to close) with high stakeholder complexity.
• Build proactive evergreen pipelines to reduce future time-to-fill.
• Improve slate quality through stronger targeting and qualification.
• Increase offer acceptance via early alignment on comp, motivations, and decision velocity.
• Reduce reliance on external search partners by building internal “search muscle”.

What you'll need

• At least 5+ years (ideally 7+) of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, assessing, and hiring engineering talent using knowledge of technical roles and technologies.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing and screening through onboarding.
• Enthusiasm for gaming with understanding of gaming culture, trends, and technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment and take ownership of recruiting processes.
• Tenure of 2+ years in previous roles.
• Preference for Bangalore location or willingness to relocate to Bangalore office.
