Recruiting Coordinator

Overview

Recruiting Coordinator (2 openings) supporting Ethos Life’s fast-growing US Talent team in India with interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and coordination across time zones.

What you'll do

• Provide a seamless interview experience from first contact through offer.
• Schedule high-volume phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across teams and US time zones.
• Coordinate travel logistics for non-local candidates as needed.
• Support day-of interview logistics including rescheduling and troubleshooting.
• Manage candidate flow and data integrity in Greenhouse (ATS).
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and interviewers with timely communication.
• Help organize virtual recruiting events and support career page content with marketing/design.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting, or People Operations.
• Working knowledge of Greenhouse (ATS) and ModernLoop (or similar interview scheduling tools).
• Experience supporting or working with a US-based team and cross-time-zone communication.
• Ability to work night shift hours on an ongoing basis.
• High attention to detail in candidate and stakeholder interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Reliable internet connectivity and a suitable remote setup for night-shift operations.
