Overview

The Technical Risk Assurance Analyst, Specialist Customer Assurance ES&F supports the implementation and maintenance of information security policies, standards, and procedures. The role assists with monitoring security controls, performing basic risk assessments, and protecting enterprise systems and data.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update security policies, standards, and procedures under guidance from senior team members.
• Ensure security documentation is accurate and accessible.
• Monitor security alerts and report on potential risks or compliance gaps.
• Escalate issues to senior analysts for review and resolution.
• Support basic security assessments and data reviews to identify vulnerabilities.
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance checks.
• Respond to routine inquiries regarding security policies and practices.
• Provide clear and accurate information to internal partners as directed.
• Learn global regulatory requirements and assist in applying them to security processes.
• Participate in training and awareness activities to build expertise.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives focused on improving security posture.
• Complete assigned tasks on time and with attention to detail.
• Develop understanding of information security concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Stay informed about emerging threats and industry trends.
• Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or Computer Science.
