Technical Solutions Engineer

Overview

Level 1 Support Engineer for a Developer Portal within EDW Enablement, handling support requests and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a seamless developer experience.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 1 technical support for the Developer Portal, including incidents and service requests.
• Serve as the first point of contact for users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot technical problems involving APIs, integrations, and platform access.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/engineering teams with documented context.
• Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential issues.
• Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, application support, service desk, or developer support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Power BI, Excel, and/or SQL.
• Experience with RPA platforms like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Power Automate.
• Foundational knowledge of agentic AI and generative AI concepts including LLMs and RAG.
