Technical Success Architect

Overview

The Technical Success Architect serves as a primary technical point of contact for customers, guiding them across pre-sales and post-sales.

What you'll do

• Provide expert technical guidance for customer engagements across pre-sales and post-sales.
• Design and customize security solutions for complex customer environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using software engineering, application security, and DevOps expertise.
• Translate customer feedback and technical challenges into product improvements.
• Lead technical integration projects and provide strategic technical guidance throughout the customer journey.
• Help customers adopt secure software development practices while improving developer experience.

What you'll need

• 8+ years overall experience in a technical domain.
• At least 4+ years hands-on experience in software development, application security, or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, including designing, implementing, or managing workflows.
• Strong understanding of programming languages, application security principles, and secure software development practices.
• Experience designing custom technical solutions and working directly with customers in customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to independently investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
