Technical Success Manager

Overview

Technical Success Manager (SecOps) leads strategic technical engagements for enterprise accounts, using data and product expertise to improve security risk outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic engagements for high-profile enterprise accounts to align solutions with business needs.
• Analyze complex technical environments to identify security risks and propose tailored mitigation strategies.
• Build deep expertise in Data Fabric for Security™ and Unified Vulnerability Management modules to advocate best practices.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product to streamline customer experiences and resolve escalations.
• Deliver technical consulting and training sessions to educate customers on platform optimization.

What you'll need

• Experience integrating AI tools and new technologies to enhance workflows and problem-solving.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical consultancy or success role within cybersecurity.
• Track record managing executive stakeholders and leading strategic customer engagements.
• Hands-on experience analyzing technical environments and troubleshooting critical customer escalations.
• Background in data modeling methodologies, SQL, or ETL processes in technical or security domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
