Technical Support Engineer

🚀 We are hiring for a product based company for the role of Technical Support Engineer

ONLY MALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED

📍 Bangalore(Whitefield)-WFO

▪️ Relevant and Total Experience: 2-3 years

▪️ Salary- up to 6.5 to 7 LPA

▪️ NP-immediate to 15 days

▪️ Payroll- Permanent

▪️ Shift time- should be comfortable to work in both US and UK shifts.

▪️ Mode of Interview- 3 technical rounds(All F2F on the same day only)

Mandatory skillset required-

1. Print background is mandatory .

2. Multi function Printer (MFP) experience is must .

3. Hands-on experience on industrial printers and JIRA tools.

4. Advanced troubleshooting skills(enterprise application, drivers & services, hardware issues-power, connectivity, software, firmware etc)

5. Proficiency with Windows OS and Mac OS, basic Linux.

6. Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce, Jira, and reporting tools like PowerBI.

7. Familiarity with desktop publishing tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and operating systems.

8. Strong networking skills (TCP/IP, wireless protocols, etc.).

9. Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, FTP, SMTP.

10. Experience with logs, configurations, error codes, version compatibility, upgrades, and workflow tools like Salesforce/Jira.

11. Understanding of print production standards, Colour management and Image manipulation skills.

12. Excellent communication skills.
