Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Provide first-line technical support for customers using Wisdom AI’s generative AI data analytics platform. Resolve data, API, configuration, and product issues while translating complex technical concepts for business users.

What you'll do

• Manage real-time customer support through Slack channels and Pylon.
• Debug Snowflake and BigQuery permissions, connection strings, data schemas, and generated SQL.
• Assist with context models, evaluations, GraphQL APIs, Slack integrations, and access controls.
• Track bugs, enhancement requests, and documentation gaps through resolution.
• Conduct customer video consultations for complex technical scenarios.
• Share customer friction points with Product and Engineering teams.
• Turn recurring resolutions into self-service documentation.

What you'll need

• Strong ability to read and write SQL.
• Familiarity with APIs and tools such as Postman or cURL.
• Ability to understand data schemas and investigate root causes.
• Ability to explain RAG concepts to non-technical users.
• Curiosity, empathy, and a calm approach to high-pressure support situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience using Pylon for Slack-based support.
