Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

Technical Recruiter responsible for identifying, assessing and hiring technical talent across engineering and AI roles.

What you'll do

• Source and headhunt engineers across AI/ML, backend, frontend, mobile and infrastructure.
• Build targeted talent maps across technology companies, AI startups, research organisations and technical communities.
• Assess the substance, complexity and relevance of candidates' technical work.
• Conduct recruiter screens covering experience, motivation, communication, compensation and fit.
• Manage candidates from outreach through interviews, offers and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and improve targeting.
• Maintain recruiting pipeline quality and accurate ATS data, feedback and next steps.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Meaningful exposure to software engineering or other technical hiring.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates.
• Ability to evaluate technical profiles beyond keywords and titles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and candidates simultaneously.
• Strong ownership and willingness to learn technical domains quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for AI/ML, backend, infrastructure, mobile or other highly technical roles.
• Experience recruiting internationally across the US, Europe or Asia.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby or other recruiting tools.
