What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and innovation.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• 15 years full time education.
• Must have: proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
• Experience in solution definition that meets complex capability requirements.
• Ability to analyze and optimize system performance across diverse environments.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive architectural consistency and quality.
