What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align technology strategies with organizational objectives.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and hardware inventory processes.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable architectural designs.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and capacity planning within ServiceNow environments.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware asset management platforms.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
• 15 years of full-time education.
