What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of architectural frameworks that support business goals and technical standards.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations management principles.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective architectural strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration techniques relevant to IT operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.
• 15 years full time education.
